Accessibility Statement for Our Website
Last updated: October 2026
Dccycle Walk-In Tubs wants dccycle.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Build pages that read well on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still reach us. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@dccycle.living and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@dccycle.living and include:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device, and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it easier to use.
