How to Share a Complaint or Concern
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Dccycle Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Dccycle Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Dccycle Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@dccycle.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may help as well.
