What happens after you reach out

How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who answers your request

Dccycle Walk-In Tubs does not have a crew that visits your home. When you send a request, it goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business with its own staff, tools and schedule. The conversation about your bathroom is with them.

Call hours and availability vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to ask before sending details.

What the provider may ask you

Say a provider phones you when they have an opening in their day. Expect simple questions, such as:

  • What kind of tub or shower do you have now?
  • Is the home a concrete block house, a condo or something else?
  • Who will use the bath, and do they need a seat, a grab bar or a wide entry?
  • Are there leaks, soft spots or cracked tile?
  • When would you like the work done?

Photos of your bathroom can help the provider give a more useful quote.

Questions worth asking a provider

You are hiring them, so ask plainly.

  • Are you licensed and insured for this work?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover?
  • What could change the price once the old tub is out?
  • How do you handle waterproofing in a humid climate?
  • How long will my bathroom be out of use?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?

A good provider answers without pressure. If answers feel vague, take that as a sign to compare.

You stay in charge

A referral is not a contract. You can say no, ask for time, or get another quote. Quote before commitment means you read the numbers first.

Providers do the work, and your agreement is with them. If something goes wrong, take it up with the provider.
